When you send an enquiry or design brief
If you send an enquiry, book a showroom walkthrough or upload a floor plan, we store your name, mobile number, optional city, your message, your furniture specifications, and any attached floor-plan photos. We use these solely to prepare your bespoke 3D concept, calculate quotations, and confirm your showroom visit.
- Uploaded images are converted and sanitized by our server, stripping any hidden EXIF geolocation metadata.
- Files are securely stored and accessible exclusively to our interior architect team.
- Enquiries and design briefs are retained according to our secure CRM data retention policy.
Customer tracked links
Our showroom team may share a personalized link with you to explore custom pieces or catalogue designs. When opened, we record visit duration and the furniture categories or pieces you browsed so our designers can tailor your consultation.
- We never record what you type into forms, field values, passwords, or personal messages.
- Your IP address is pseudonymized with a secure cryptographic hash.
- Browsing without a personalized link is never tracked.
