How long does delivery take?
Showroom pieces are delivered within 5–7 days in Coimbatore and 10–14 days elsewhere in South India. Bespoke furniture takes 4–6 weeks, including the 21-day timber seasoning cycle.
How do I make a warranty claim?
WhatsApp us a photo with your invoice number. A technician visits within 72 hours. Structural repairs under the 10-year warranty, and all termite issues for life, are completely free.
Can I customise fabrics and sizes on catalogue items?
Yes. Every catalogue design can be resized and upholstered in any of our 300+ fabrics or genuine leathers. Changes usually add 2–3 weeks to delivery.
What are the payment terms?
We take a 30% advance to confirm the order and the balance on delivery. UPI, cards, bank transfer and no-cost EMI for 3–12 months on major credit cards are accepted.
Do you deliver outside Tamil Nadu?
We deliver and install across Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with our own crew, and ship pan-India with insured transport.
